Vendor membership includes membership with all three states (CT, MA, and RI) for $400 annually.
An annual sponsorship is available and includes things like a booth at the EXPO, a tabletop at the Retreat, advertising throughout the year, and more. The 2024 Five-Star Sponsorship investment totaled $3,850 and will be similar if not identical in 2025. You can view the 2024 form and see everything that is included here.
The 2025 EXPO, once again co-hosted by NeSSA, NHSSA, and MeSSA, will take place May 14th and 15th at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. The 2024 exhibit hall sold out months in advance, and we are excited to announce we have expanded the tradeshow hall to allow for more exhibitors to attend. Don't forget we can now accept trucks, box units, and larger displays on our showroom floor!
Five-Star Sponsors get first booth choice, and member vendors will be able to reserve their booths exclusively beginning in October through the end of the year. Registration of the remaining booths will be opened to nonmembers in January.
Member booths are $750 and include two booth representatives. Nonmember booths are $1,000 and include one booth representative. Additional booth reps can be added on for $199 each (limit 3 per booth). Booths do not include electricity and must be added on separately with the venue. Overnight room rates begin at $169/night.

The Fall Retreat is a fan-favorite event and normally takes place the last week of September at the Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, MA.
Event Sponsors receive a small table and one company representative for $350. Additional sponsorships include the Production Sponsor for $250, Lunch Sponsors for $125 each, and a Lanyard Sponsor for $100 (plus the lanyards).
Sponsorships for this event have sold out the last two years. We have added a limited Breakfast Sponsor for $125 this year - which is still available!

We need educational articles for our quarterly member newsletter, the Northeast EDGE. We send printed and virtual versions out to our members every quarter. There is no deadline - please feel free to send us any you have whenever you create them.
While the article must be educational (not a sales pitch), we do welcome headshots and bios of the article's author to be included.
Most of our sponsorships include ads in our newsletter and on our website, but these are also available for purchase individually.
