Facility Membership
Our standard membership for self storage businesses. NeSSA's facility membership is based on tiered levels determined by your total number of facilities across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. This includes both manned and remote operations. All memberships are annual fees.
1 Facility: $300
2-5 Facilities: $375
6-10 Facilities: $675
11-15 Facilities: $1,000
16+ Facilities: $1,500
Dual Membership
$400.00
This category encompasses anyone who falls under both a facility and a vendor membership, such as management companies. Dual members will be listed under both the Facility and Vendor lists on the website, as well as their additional locations.
Vendor Membership
$400.00
Vendor memberships may be purchased by organizations that serve storage businesses.
