Important Update Regarding NeSSA's Management

Dear NeSSA Members,

I am thrilled to share some wonderful personal news with you. I am expecting a new addition to my family, due at the end of November.

As always, I remain committed to NeSSA, the board, our members, events, and everything you've entrusted in me. The Board of Directors was made aware of this announcement at an earlier board meeting and has approved the proposed plan to allow me to work at a reduced capacity in December, January, and February.

While I continue to carry out my normal duties, I am also working ahead to ensure that no task falls through the cracks. This includes:

• The creation and planned communication for year-end membership renewals
• The confirmation of co-hosts and venue for the 2025 Northeast Storage EXPO
• The creation and launch of the Exhibitor and Sponsor registration for the 2025 EXPO
• Scheduling social media posts and emails
• A jump start on the 2025 budget and rescheduled board meeting to have the budget in place before the start of the new year
• The creation of the Fall and Winter Northeast EDGE newsletters
• Planning board, committee, and Q1 webinars months in advance
• Additional tasks deemed necessary

In addition, the Board has approved the temporary hire of Mary Ann Turner to assist with member communications December through February to ensure that the standards and response times members are accustomed to are upheld. If you reach out to myself or NeSSA directly, you may receive a response back from Mary Ann via her email address, ma@projectsunlimited.us. These emails are legitimate.

We do encourage email communication during this time to ensure that your questions are received. If you call, we also encourage you to leave a voicemail as those will be forwarded to Mary Ann as well.

We also hope you will take one hour to review this webinar on how to access and navigate our website, NeSSA.org. It easily walks you through how to log in and shows you where to find resources, which will help you find your answers faster and make the most of your membership benefits!

Things You Can Do to Make this Transition Easy

• Watch this NeSSA 101: How to Maximize Your Membership webinar
  • It will show you how to access the website, where you can find highly requested resources on your own, and may even introduce you to a few readily available member benefits you didn't know you had access to!
• Refer to the website - it will answer any question you have 99% of the time!
  • Curious when the EXPO is or how much it costs? Check out the EXPO webpage.
  • Want to register for an upcoming webinar? It's already advertised here.
  • Need to find a vendor? We have a page for that!
  • When in doubt, refer to the Latest News section and scroll to see if we already posted about something you're searching for.
• Check the Frequently Asked Questions page for - you guessed it - answers to questions that are frequently asked!
• If you do need to reach out to us during this time, email us your question first - you are more likely to get a faster response this way.
• If you choose to call - leave a voicemail! Phone calls will not be answered the majority of December, January, and February. Voicemails will be returned. Missed calls will not.
• Remember that Mary Ann Turner will be assisting during this time. Responses from her email address, ma@projectsunlimited.us, are legitimate.
